fter experiencing both large financial institutions and small entrepreneurial firms, Sounding Capital Partners was founded to capture the best elements of both. This theme can be found at all levels of the firm. We have a broad alternative asset mandate, yet we invest in specific strategies within each business group. We approach both strategy and operations as an owner personally accountable to outcomes. This allows all our stakeholders including customers, investment partners and employees to achieve their goals. Empowered to make decisions and accountable to results, our employees can grow personally and professionally at Sounding.
