Sounding Property Group (“Sounding Property” or “SPG”) is an wholly owned subsidiary of Sounding Capital Partners. SPG through its affiliates has invested in nearly $1.0 billion of real estate over a 20 year history. SPG employs a number of distinct investment strategies that vary by product type and financial profile. The current portfolio includes office assets (54% of aggregate equity value), industrial assets (34% of aggregate equity value) and land holdings (12% of aggregate equity value). Property Profile
SPG will consider a range of asset profiles including vacant, partially leased and fully leased properties. We will acquire well performing existing assets as well as repositioning and redevelopment candidates.
Return Dynamics
While we have a strong preference for some level of existing income which can be enhanced through active management or development of an asset, we will also consider assets that have inherent asset value where substantial cash flow can be generated or created in the future.
